Throwback Thursday; Vintage Apron
My friend, Donna bought this vintage apron for me at a local thrift shop. I was amazed at the detailed, hand done cross stitch on the gingham. Somebody had put a lot of work into this, it's in perfect condition, maybe it never was used. It even has stitching on the pocket and waistband. A real treasure, indeed!

I forgot to mention that the apron is hand hemmed with the tiniest of hand stitches, even the pocket is sewn on by hand. Whoever made this was an expert!
