Three Rows of "Dappled"

I've got three rows of "Dappled" blocks sewn together. Five more rows to go.

Putting the Binding on "Scrappy Trips"

I finally finished quilting "Scrappy Trips" today, now I'm sewing the binding on. Of course, Igor the cat has to weigh the quilt down as I stitch. This quilt was sitting at the machine for months, it takes a long time to finish a quilt that I'm not working on. :)

Progress on "Dappled" Blocks, Made by Linda H

Linda H has 35 "Dappled" blocks made. Here is a picture of Emma the Quilt Inspector checking out the arrangement of the blocks.

Linda H and I have both been working on "Dappled" blocks. The pattern, designed by Tricia Camp came from a 2012 McCalls Quilting magazine. I have 11 of these blocks made so far, Linda has more than that done. I already have a whole bunch of 3 1/2" squares and 2 1/2" strips cut from other projects, so I've been using them. I think I might make a queen size quilt from the blocks, Linda is going to make a twin bed size.
