this was an email sent to me by Linda:
Hi Lorna! Thanks for showing some of my quilts on your blog. However, it is ironic that yesterday when you showed the dresser quilts that one of them was nearly ruined. Last night when I was going to bed at 11 o'clock I noticed a very large cat barf on the dresser quilt. I was a nasty bile colour and covered a red churn dash block. I had to wash the quilt right away or else it would be permanently stained and then I had to dry it to almost dry or the red colour would have run into the white background. All this at bedtime! Fortunately, the red only ran very slightly--hardly noticeable so everything turned out all right. The joys of cats! Talk to you soon. Love, Linda
