This is one of my all time favorite traditional quilt patterns, "Broken Dishes". I've made two that I sold and am working on a variation of the pattern on a new one right now. I always regret selling a quilt because it's like getting rid of a part of myself. Usually it's poverty looming at my doorstep that forces me to make the decision to part with one of my "children".
