Three "Cloudgazing" Quilts
Linda's friend, Vicki finished her Cloudgazing quilt. The three of us were all making the same pattern, each one looks different because of our fabric choices. Vicki fussy cut killer whale fabric for the large squares. I think it looks fantastic!
Here is Linda's "Blue Skies" quilt:
This is my "Yukon Skies" quilt:
The pattern is "Cloudgazing" from McCalls Quick Quilts, December-January 2019, designed by Kathryn Wagar Wright.

Love them all! It never seizes to amaze me how the choice of fabrics can change the exact same pattern. I think that is what I like about mystery quilts - same pattern, multiple choices lead to fantastic results
I love seeing what other people have in their fabric stashes. The three of us made blue quilts. Vicki has darker blues. Linda has greyed down blues and I have lots of turquoises
