Donation Quilt

Our shortlived Steamboat Mountain Quilters' Guild made this baby quilt as a donation to the hall that we used. We didn't have very many members, so we ended the meetings after about 6 months.
Maybe we can get back together sometime if more people are interested.
The hearts are hand appliqued, the blocks were pieced and assembled by all of the members. Two of us machine quilted it.

Lorna how sweet that quilt is! I too see that having a quilt group in a small town is difficult, but you know something, you just have to give it time so I am there each meeting day whether none or even one comes to visit. Hang in there sweet lady, love the blog and the ideas.
