"Peas In A Pod" Is Completed
I just finished putting the last stitches in the binding of this "Peas in a Pod" quilt. The free pattern is from the McCall's Quilting website. I added the paisley inner borders because the quilt would be too narrow for a bed without them. The backing fabric came from Connecting Threads. I wanted something bold to go with the front of the quilt. This one is going to be sent to a friend in Calgary.

Star Quilt By Linda H.
Linda made this Stars and Sixteen Patches quilt for her friend, Audrey before Christmas. I like the colour combination, it looks warm and inviting. The back of the quilt has a giant star, which makes the quilt extra special.

Happy Valentine's Day
I found this free mini quilt pattern on Cluck Cluck Sew It's kind of nice to make a project in one day, I have so many quilts on the go in various stages of completion. It seems to take me forever to get something done. Now that this small item is finished, I better get busy on the others.
