Throwback Thursday; "Ed Winter" by Linda H.

Linda H made "Ed Winter" for me in 2003, I hang him up every Christmas. There isn't much wall space here, so I hang the dowel on some cupboard knobs.

Christmas Gift Bag

First Attempt

Every year I make some Christmas gift bags, this year I wanted to try something different. I followed a good tutorial from birchfabrics.blogspot.ca for fabric boxes. I think I'll increase the measurement for the height on the next one.

Quilting Completed

I finished quilting this comfort quilt for the guild. I think the pattern is called "Log Yard", the quilt top was made by some of the other members. Now I'll pass it on to the next person to do the binding and label. Many hands make light work. :)
